Her decades-long career began at Global Advertising Agencies on the Account side (shh don’t tell). After nailing budgets, productions and client relationships (and weaseling her way into one too many creative brainstorming sessions), she made her way back home as a Creative at Leo Burnett.

After a few years and her first son Tori left her dream job to spend time raising her son and renovating a 100 year old home. Eventually old clients and colleages found her and she started helping with a logo here, an ad there on the side; eventually growing into what became her one-woman branding agency - bringing big ideas and strategic concepts to modest budgets contracting with top talent all over the world, hand-picked per project. The start-up world was fascinating and intoxicating and scratched all the itches a late-night pitch in big advertising did.

After bringing their second child and daughter home to their (finally) finished gut-reno Tori’s love of architecture, art history and design had re-emerged- Eventually leading her to step away from the computer and into the studio more where she’s been tinkering, painting and working on her latest venture, Eccentric Electric Supply Co.

Tori has created, critiqued, consulted, collaborated, styled, art-directed, product designed, photographed, built, produced, sketched, (you get the jist)… story-boarded, pitched, budgeted, hand-drawn, cad-rendered, prototyped, photoshopped, pixel perfected, led, followed, sewn, hammered & painted) her way to creating interesting and relevant solutions for clients, brands and products alike.

The feeling she got from designing her very first harley davidson ad (bringing to life a story and a feeling and a “place” to transport people to) is a gift that never goes away and only gets stronger as she learns new technology and techniques.

Positioning is one of the most powerful tools on the planet. And creativity? It’s a renewable resource as sacred as air or water.
